Aaliyah might be still in God’s plan if she made it in his kingdom. If she is in God’s kingdom, there is still relationship. She still exists no matter what has been done to her. St. Luke 20:38 “For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.”
If Aaliyah made it and is present with God, she is not dead. But she may be dead to us, but not to God. Aaliyah right now knows where she is. The rich man in hell knew where he was and he was not in the kingdom of God (Luke 16:22-25). There is a life after death.
