Aaliyah Stayed In Her Own Lane

Aaliyah stayed in her own lane. She was hot like fire in full speed. Aaliyah was in the lead. She seems timeless without end. Whisper: Ya’ll hear that?

The SoReal Strip

Today I present to you The SoReal Strip. It’s a commentary graphic and podcast episode of Aaliyah saying, “They’ll try to bury you with lies. But not I.”

I never heard Aaliyah say those words. But I have heard her try to defend herself saying, “No, not true.” …

I Saw Someone That Looked Like Aaliyah

Aaliyah Had A Dream

Art by: Gail Nobles © 2023

Aaliyah worked hard in her career. You may think she made it to the top easy, but Aaliyah had some struggles. And we all know that she could have done more with her music & movies combined.

If Aaliyah was alive, I picture her making mini movies out of her videos. There might would have been a sequel to the video “Try Again”. ….

Aaliyah & the Dark Side of Fantasy

Aaliyah played the character Akasha in the 2002 movie Queen of the Damned. She was a killer and the Queen of the Damned. Aaliyah liked vampires. I did too at one time. I watched ‘The Lost Boys” and the day time serial “Dark Shadows” , which aired from 1966 to 1971.

Aaliyah loved the dark side of fantasy. She wanted to play as a vampire. If Aaliyah had lived, there might would have been more movies of the Queen of the Damned, Akasha. ….

My Picturization of Aaliyah

Aaliyah lived to make two movies. They were Queen of the Damned & Romeo Must Die. My favorite movie was Romeo Must Die starring Jet Li and Aaliyah. The movie led me to think Aaliyah would eventually star in martial art movies if she had lived. I can see her in my mind now. She might would have made a Blaxploitation film in the 2000’s in Kung Fu action after Romeo Must Die. Blaxploitation films were made in the early 1970s. Some of the Blaxploitation female Kung Fu action movies that were made are Cleopatra Jones & TNT Jackson. In modern times like we live in, I believe Aaliyah could have been an even better Kung Fu action lady in films. I believe she could have made some big smash hit movies along with her music if she had been alive today. ....

Aaliyah The Pilot

Aaliyah was like a pilot traveling and trying to live this earthly life. If God had anything to do with it, God may have helped her to eternity. Souls are real. Life is real. Aaliyah is no fantasy.

Aaliyah the Singing Spectrum

ILLUS. © 2011 Gail Nobles   Aaliyah The Singing Spectrum

When I think of Aaliyah, I think of the letter A. When I play her music on the computer, I think of sound waves and spectrum. You can draw what you see, but you can also draw what you hear.

Aaliyah Is Free In Music

When Aaliyah was with us in music, she had to go along with her music producers. The first one that she had was R Kelly. Aaliyah wore dark shades under him, but from what I could see, it wasn't really Aaliyah at all to be gangsta. However, Aaliyah did a great job with the image of gangsta girl. She had the talent to be whatever kind of image she wanted to be. Aaliyah was a pretty good actress. She could relate to the gangsta audience, and probably beyond that.

Aaliyah had a very soft singing style. I loved it. If she is in heaven now, she is free to hit any note and express herself the way that she wants to. She could be singing new songs. I'm only speculating. We don't really know what's going on up there beyond the sky. The Bible gave us some idea. If Aaliyah is in heaven, she knows what real music is for sure and is free in music. She is more complex now.

Aaliyah_Keep It Real

When I first heard the phrase, "Keep It Real", it was from celebrities. There are some celebrities that are not real at all. The public can easily tell. It seems that a lot of them are all about money and brag about the fancy things that they have. They make those things their god. Those material things can't love back or else they wouldn't be so sad. Although some celebrities may not admit it, something is still missing. Some of them give up and throw their lives away not serving the one and only God.

One day I was thinking of Aaliyah and something she said in an interview. I heard a voice saying, "Never give up. The Lord is coming soon. Keep it real. He is watching." It was a true voice giving me a true message. It sounded just like Aaliyah's voice in my conscious. Who ever it was, I thank God for the message. Keep it real means worship God in spirit and in truth in this message. It means keep the faith. I do not know what the celebrities really meant when they used the phrase, but I know what it meant in the message that was sent to me.

I would also like to say that I do not know where Aaliyah's soul went. However, the ones you think went to hell might be the ones in heaven. The ones that you think went to heaven might be in hell. Let God be the judge.

Anything Is Possible

Aaliyah Removing Glass

Anything Is Possible. Aaliyah Will Return. We Have Not Lost Her. The Good Don't Suffer Any Loss.

St. John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
